I purchased this scent in the incense cones having previously made a few purchases of other scents which I’ve loved. Unfortunately this scent irritated my eyes a little so I contacted Kansla and they were amazing. I’ve since been sent a diffuser in the same scent and it’s absolutely gorgeous. I will definitely purchase a refill for this one and try other scents too. 10 out of 10 for superb customer service!

The concrete brick is absolutely beautiful and these are the best incense I've ever smelt. The Wild Fig & Cedar scent is beautiful, with sweet undertones.
With other brands, I'm normally just overwhelmed with patchouli and smoke. These remind me of a really nice fire outside, with a sweetness to them and no patchouli – hooray! The scent is noticeable without being overpowering and lingers nicely after they've finished burning. Loved them and will definitely be buying more.
